A conversation with Vida Doku
Vida Doku is pursuing a PhD in Food Chain and Health at the Faculty of Agriculture and Forestry, University of Helsinki. She holds a master's degree in International Hotel Management from the University of Surrey, the UK. Vida is a certified hospitality educator and a member of the Finnish Society for Nutrition and Research.
